The Mission: "Arunella" is a dedicated social service initiative aimed at uplifting underprivileged student communities. As an active member, I realized that engineering isn't just about machines—it's about building foundations for people.
O/L Seminar Series: We identified a gap in educational resources for students preparing for their Ordinary Level examinations in rural areas. Our team organized a comprehensive seminar series, bringing in expert teachers to conduct crash courses in Mathematics, Science, and English.
Fundraising & Musical Shows: To fund these educational projects, we moved beyond simple donations. We organized large-scale musical shows and entertainment events. My role involved logistics management, coordinating with artists, and handling the technical setup (lighting and sound), ensuring the events were profitable enough to sustain our long-term educational goals.
